Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSausage meat, roasted bell pepper, mercaptan, spicy, peppery, black cherry, licorice root aromas. Fresh, very tart palate with some grainy, green tannins. Black cherry, meaty, spicy, smoky, tobacco leaf, sage, coffee, roasted peppery flavours.
