Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCoyote Bowl Vineyard is located along Oliver's sandy loam Black Sage Bench where its Western edge forms a bowl that drops some 300 feet to a pasture below. Look for a well structured syrah with spicy sweet fruit with a definite sausage meat and liquorice character and a dusting of bench sage. Young and tight but should be fine with a year or two of extra bottle age.
