Clare Valley, South Australia, AustraliaSpicy, rooty, resin, blueberry, black berry, bay leaf, peppery, cardamom nose. Round, dry, supple, fresh acidity palate with vanilla, coffee, peppery, licorice root, plum jam, orange peel flavours. Very warm, tart finish with light tannins. Solid but needs food.
