Gattinara, Piedmont, ItalyMade from younger vines and declassified Gattinara, this has a spicy, peppery, tobacco, cherry, curry, rooty, plum and barnyard nose. Dry, round, slightly lean and tannic but elegant. Smoky, peppery, resin, tobacco, black cherry, plum, vanilla, soy, rooty flavours. Good balance but a bit young and oaky.
