Loredan Gasparini Venegazzu 2004
Veneto, ItalyPeppery, tobacco, black olive, green bean, floral, cassis, earthy, vanilla, meaty aromas. Dry, rich, good concentration but slightly hard, young tannins. Smoky, peppery, tobacco, cassis, earthy, black olive, leather, and cedar flavours with a bit of resin and coffee bean on the finish. Youthful, tight style but will improve, needs 2-4 years. Good balance and an attractive style for food. Solid value here.Tasted: 30 June 2008Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $32.00 | 750ml |
