Sherry Jerez - Manzanilla, SpainCroft Original Fine Pale Cream Sherry is an interesting blend of bone dry, quality Fino Sherry with the added warmth and depth of a cream. The colour is pale. Look for nutty, salty, sweaty, leesy, tobacco, mineral aromas. The somewhat sweet palate is smooth, almost luscious with walnut, baked apple, salty, rancio, raisiny flavours. Serve it chilled and pair it with pate or cheese.
