Ribera del Duero, Castilla-Leon, SpainNo water and much more sensible temperatures shaped the '05 Gormaz with its intense. Low yield peppery fruit. Big black plummy fruit, concentrated by the 50-year old vines it's made from. There's no oak to better deliver the fruit although there is plenty of tannin wrapped up in the dry finish.
