Product of CanadaThe best of the cabernets made at Pacific Breeze. Look for an enticing floral, incense, cassis jam, and coffee nose with bits of barnyard, iron and earthy tobacco. Dry, full, tart, somewhat tannic entry but good concentration. Coffee, black olive, cassis, mint, tobacco, earthy, vanilla, resin, pencil lead flavours. Good intensity but the finish is somewhat acidic. Needs 3-4 years to soften the tannins.
