Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandA bottle fermented sauvignon blanc. Good continuous, creamy mousse. Big grapefruit sorbet, gooseberry, lime, melon, nutty nose. Crisp, zippy, fresh palate with creamy mousse. Light jalapeno, grapefruit, gooseberry, lime, green apple and melon flavours. An unusual style but has good intensity and balance for a sparkling sauvignon.
