Maryhill Syrah 2004
Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesPeppery, earthy, chocolate, black berry jam, smoky leather, rooty nose. Sweet entry with some acidity and ripe fruit. Black cherry, chocolate, smoky, vanilla, blueberry, resiny, licorice root flavours. Seems more like Oz than anything with excessive acidity on the finish with intrusive tannins.Tasted: 17 May 2008Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $25.99 | 750ml | speculative listing - Red Dog Marketing |
