Vouvray, Touraine, Loire, FranceVery mineral, chalky, quince, green apple, lemon nose. Round, dry, full but delicate palate with balanced crisp acidity. Floral, pear, green apple, honey and mineral flavours with a touch of lemon and butter. Good viscosity with a lemon/lime finish. Less open than Le Bretonnière but slightly more viscosity.
