Round, full, fresh palate with light tannins. Plum jam, savoury, black cherry, barnyard, earthy, peppery, sappy flavours with a touch of barnyard. Good fruit intensity if a bit tannic, dry and chunky on the finish. Needs a year or so or with lamb tagine.
