Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaIntense aromatic coffee, cedar resin nose with a dusting of vanilla black fruit. The 100 per cent organic grapes, aged in French oak barrels, come off a vineyard Kaleden just south of Penticton. The palate is heavy with bitter, herbal earthy flavours that finish warm and sour.
