Fork in the Road Oliver Block 212 White 2005

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe latest Fork in the Road White is a 78/12/10 mix of chardonnay/pinot gris/sémillon from the Mission Hill team that stays the course with its floral, nutty, mineral fruit notes. On the palate the fruit is ripe and intense with bright pineapple and honey flavours flecked with just enough minerality and nutty notes to have plenty of restaurant appeal. Simply prepared halibut or perhaps sole meunière would be fine pairings and it's under screwcap for permanent dependability.Tasted: 20 April 2008Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
