Almansa, Castilla-La Mancha, SpainThis will be an easy hit with most consumers. It's 100% syrah that gets 4 months ageing in American oak barrels so it's more Oz generous, than French peppery, but it remains a bit savoury and well, Spanish. The textures are super soft and slippery with plummy black olive, dried herb, meaty chocolate aromas and flavours.
