Ribera del Duero, Castilla-Leon, SpainThe Rodriguez tempranillo pinnacle is made from old vines grown at high altitude. Peppery, floral, cherry kirsch, orange, vanilla, tobacco, meaty, smoky, resin, licorice, rooty, curry, cardamom aromas. Rich, ripe, round and dry but elegant with grainy tannins and very good acidity balance. Youthful orange, mineral, cherry jam, plum, licorice, resin, coffee, vanilla, spicy cardamom and tobacco flavours. Very warm but fresh, intense, elegant and fruity in the finish.
