Gavi, Piedmont, ItalyButter, floral, mineral, quince, peach skin aromas with a touch of anise and bubble gum. Ripe, round, rich and fresh with an elegant, crisp acidity. Spicy, quince, butter, slate, green apple skin, almond and honey flavours. Good length with just a touch of grapefruit rind bitterness on the finish.
