Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRoad 13 is a blend of 49/45/6 merlot/cabernet sauvignon/pinot noir. The nose is slightly reduced (under screwcap) with hints of rubber and compost and bits of ripe red fruits and leafy cassis notes. In the mouth it has a smoky, earthy, compost flavour with leafy, savoury fruit and fine acidity in the back end.
