Montalcino, Siena, Tuscany, ItalyA new creation from Argiano and blended from 3 different vineyards and aged in French and American oak. Very spicy, peppery, rooty, licorice, cassis, black cherry jam, vanilla, meaty sausage, animal nose with some earthy, tobacco notes. Rich, ripe, round and fat but supple and warm with good acidity balance. Cassis, black plum, smoky, licorice, mineral, orange peel, coffee, vanilla flavours with a bit of leather and Bretty-Band-Aid on the finish.
