Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSpicy, meaty, menthol, sausage, peppery nose with bandaid, cooked carrot, tobacco leaf. Round, soft, supple palate with some elegance. Spicy vanilla, coffee, peppery, thyme, smoked leather, gamey, black cherry flavours.
