Douro Valley, Northern Portugal, PortugalSpicy, licorice, black berry, plum jam, black tea, floral, minty, cedar chocolate aromas with a bit of spirit showing. Rich, round, elegant style but not too sweet or fat. Some youthful tannins evident but balanced with peppery, black tea, warm orange, licorice, cedar, black plum and black berry flavours.
