Sicily, ItalyMade from grapes picked and then dried for 40 days. Light gold colour. Huge spicy, ginger, floral, nectarine skin, dried pear, apricot and orange aromas. Ripe, round, fresh and elegant. Sweet but has excellent acidity balance. Big ginger, orange peel, mineral, apricot, green apple skin, spicy flavours. Excellent length and acidity.
