Castilla-La Mancha, SpainBig smoky, white pepper, roasted pepper, floral, compost, meaty, black cherry jam, oyster shell aromas. Dry, round, elegant, slightly tight palate with some youthful tannin. Cherry kirsch, floral, peppery, smoky pepper, licorice, tobacco leaf, rootsy flavours. Good finesse and intensity although a bit warm on the finish.
