Chablis, Burgundy, FranceSeashell, slate, nutty lees, light garlic. Round, dry, fresh and elegant with good acidity and a touch of oiliness. Lemon, oyster shell, light garlic, flinty, slightly toasty apple skin flavours. Very good balance and finish, will improve under the screw cap.
