Bolgheri, Tuscany, ItalyThis is 100 per cent vermentino grown at Tenuta Guado al Tasso near Bolgheri on the Tuscan coast. The grapes are always harvested in stages to include lively just underripe grapes and a portion of fully ripen fruit. It's the blend that gives this wine its fresh but intense flavours. There is a pre-maceration cold-soak and ferment resulting in a very fresh, floral, red apple citrus scented wine that sees no oak.
