Douro Valley, Northern Portugal, PortugalHeavy licorice root, spirity, spicy nose with peppery, eucalyptus, savoury, floral, black cherry jam and resin notes. Ripe, round, rich but elegant with good acidity and sweetness. Light tannins still showing with black cherry, plum, licorice root, menthol, black tea, peppery, smoky flavours.
