Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLight honey, citrus, almond, floral, earthy, grassy nose with some light bruised apple. Rich, warm, dry, very crisp palate with grapefruit rind, chalky, grassy, bitter apple skin, and tart gooseberry flavours.
