Cariñena, Aragon, SpainFresh black raspberry kirsch, cherry, meaty, tobacco, licorice, floral nose. Dry, tight but round and ripe. Big black raspberry jam, orange peel, mineral, licorice, spicy, white pepper flavours. Warm, slightly fresh finish but great fruit and intensity to go with pork, duck or turkey.
