Valle del Colchagua, Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileViñedos Orgánicos Emiliana is all about environmentally responsible, organic and biodynamic wines. The driving force is former Carmen winemaker Alvaro Espinoza. There's no mistaking the leafy spicy carmenère but the wine is quite alive and fresh after spending nine months in both French and American oak. Look for a juicy spicy red that is not only organic but attractive. Serve with grilled meats.
