The cab is mix of fruit from several vineyards include Fred Artz on Red Mountain, Paul Champoux at Mercer Ranch, Len Parris at Chandler Reach, and Butch Milbrandt at Clifton. Lightly 'lifted' fruit tones of black cherry with vanilla mark its nose. The entry is smooth with a touch of volatility and Brett yet somehow appealing. The plate is rich and full with black fruit and smoky, peppery, resiny notes.
