Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Artist Series reds have always been extremely reliable for the price but the '05 merlot really over delivers. The nose is bright showing some lifted fruit notes and just a whiff of spicy and vanilla. The entry is soft the textures supple and fruity with a soft finish.
