Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBeautiful pale, salmon rose colour with lots of mousse. Earthy strawberry nose with a hint of rhubarb and paper. Dry, lean, leafy, stemmy flavours with soupy green rhubarb and earth on the bitter finish.
