Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSappy cassis, menthol, dill brine, saddle leather, tobacco, chocolate aromas. Soft, rich, dry, round palate but very warm with some light tannins. Smoky oak, coffee, black olive, cassis, rootsy, leather, coffee flavours with some black cherry mint on the finish. A bit chunky, oaky and alcoholic but with some ripeness and concentration.
