Peter Lehmann Eight Songs Shiraz 2002
Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaPeppery, spicy, pencil shaving, blackberry, licorice, vanilla, coffee, tobacco, light Band-Aid aromas. Round, ripe, supple palate with light grainy tannins but elevated acidity. Menthol, coffee, black olive, vanilla, tobacco, gamey, black cherry flavours. Finish is tart and warm but has some good fruit. Needs a bit more extract and less acidity. Needs a few more years to soften.Tasted: 03 November 2007Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $49.00 | 750ml | specialty listing |
