This rich spicy red is a blend of Mendocino fruit characterized by Dolan as the fruit basket of the wine mixed with old organically grown Amador fruit rich in spice and pepper. The marriage is a big brawny, spicy zinfandel with licorice blueberries and mocha in the finish. It is not for the faint of heart.
