Mendocino County, California, United StatesVery deep cherry purple colour and 100 per cent biodynamic. Open spicy, tobacco, saddle leather, peppery, rootsy, smoky, black olive, cassis, clove, vanilla, coffee, black cherry aromas with a hint of iodine. Rich, dry, elegant and concentrated. Great intensity with big clove, peppery, spicy, cassis jam, black cherry jam, floral, mineral, licorice and coffee flavours. Very long and well balanced but somewhat tannic and young.
