Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaGray Monk grows ehrenfelser at its estate vineyard in Okanagan Centre about 20 minutes north of Kelowna. Although it was bred to ripen early they like to pick it later than normal to intensify its aromatic flavours. Look for, you guessed it, an aromatic nose with citrus, nectarine skin and orange notes on the nose and palate. It finishes slightly soft and slightly sweet.
