Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe latest cab franc form madcap winemaker Bill Eggert is worth investigating. It begins ripe with spicy, orange peel aromas and plenty of ripe cassis and plum fruit and just a hint of savoury, dried leaves. Smooth round and easy sipping. What it lacks in complexity it more than makes up for in texture and finish.
