Albert Bichot Moutonne Chablis Grand Cru 2004
Chablis, Burgundy, FranceButter, baked apple, citrus, mineral, honey, grassy, lemon oil aromas. Dry, round, rich, slightly oily palate with good finesse. Citrus, butter, waxy, honey, apple skin, chalky, sea shell, grassy flavours. Good acidity on the finish but this is a bit young and austere, needs a year or two in bottle.Tasted: 23 November 2007Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $115.00 | 750ml | speculative listing - Mark Anthony Brands |
