Jackson-Triggs Cabernet Sauvignon Proprietors' Reserve 2005
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis wine is fairly consistent from year to year now with its roasted bell pepper and spicy, cassis aromas. The entry is soft with some grainy tannins and plenty of peppery chocolate cassis fruit. The finish is warm and spicy with a fair amount of alcohol. Young but solid - you can drink with roasted meats or hold.Tasted: 24 October 2007Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $19.00 | 750ml | specialty listing, vqa and private wine shops |
