South AfricaThe latest Goats is much like its predecessors with an open gamy, meaty, licorice plum jam nose. The entry is smooth and supple; the flavours a mix of meaty spicy black cherry/licorice flavours. The finish has a touch of acidity that seems to set off the ripe fruit and dusty tannins.
