On the palate the wine is a mix of spicy, dried herbs, barnyard and earthy notes with bit of band-aid. There is a subtly of hand here that reveals in a modest way a peppery, black fruit with a touch of mocha and chocolate. We love the savoury serve me with food aftertaste.
