See Ya Later Ranch Ping 2005

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe latest Ping is slightly riper than previous versions but still carries a bit of those cranberry and cedar bark notes throughout. The entry is softer now with more mocha chocolate vanilla highlights streaked with black cherries. Almost JT-like. You can drink this now but I would wait a year or two.
