Hawkes Bay, North Island, New ZealandSpicy, sweaty saddle, smoky, olive, tobacco leaf, Band-Aid aromas. Soft, supple, dry, elegant but slightly hard palate. Soy, leather, tobacco, prune, cooked cedar, flavours Band-Aid/Brettanomyces with an oaky finish.
