Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceNot quite as fat as its name the '06 is dense and bits spicy, white pepper on the nose and the palate. Look for a peppery gamey mid-palate with earthy roasted meaty black fruits notes and a touch of acidity poking through the back end. Served with hearty fall dishes.
