Stellenbosch, Coastal Region, South AfricaThis is a big rich silky shiraz with all the spice and meaty notes you would expect but with a slightly dirty flavour profile that plagues so much of SA's red wines. There is plenty of elegance and acidity but we wish it could a bit cleaner in flavour.
