Quails' Gate Chasselas - Pinot Blanc 2006

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaIt's been a couple of years since I have this blend and winemaker Grant Stanley has done a nice job cleaning this up and bringing the fruit to the foreground. Look for fresh mineral, floral notes in an otherwise delicious sipping white wine. Do as the winery suggests and serve it with a fresh spinach salad with sun dried cranberries, pea sprouts, toasted almonds and orange poppy seed vinaigrette.Tasted: 21 July 2007Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
