Paarl, Coastal Region, South AfricaSmoky, saddle leather, peppery, gamey, garrigue aromas with some black cherry underneath. Very dry, warm and round palate with good concentration but with cedar-y, astringent tannins. Black cherry jam, smoky cola, cedar, licorice root flavours.
