Florence, Tuscany, ItalyRubizzo is a 95/5 sangiovese merlot mix, and the latest '05 edition comes with a floral, milk chocolate, black cherry, peppery, saddle leather nose. The entry is soft, but with good acidity, with more earthy chocolate cherry meaty notes. Fine length in a stylish sangiovese from a solid vintage.
