Champagne, FranceThe 1997 vintage "Blancs de Blancs" is showing very well at this point nearly a decade down the road. There is lovely refinement in its earthy, citrus, floral notes. On the palate the bubbles dissolves into a creamy spicy mix of minerals flowers and citrus.
